Good Time to List Your Home

Spring is in the air and so are the buyers.   In Cache Valley the grass is beginning to show.  Home buyers are looking for a new home and a new beginning in Providence, Nibley, or North Logan. The last 2 weeks of March are  one of the best times to list your home..  because the sun is out and the snow is melting.   The cold winters keep people in their homes and apartments.  When those illuminating rays of sunshine hit their face, they come to the realization that they need to expand and find something bigger.  They do not want to spend another winter like that.  So what do they do, they go looking for homes.  They want to find that perfect home.  Strike when the iron is hot before your neighbor steals your buyers.  

The valley seems to come alive as the snow melts, people are going for walks and bike rides all over.  As they walk wouldn't you like them to see the for sale sign in your yard?  Or grab a flyer about your home?  This is the perfect time to get your home out there and let people see it's potential for their families.

Another reason to sell now, interest rates are still holding at long time lows.  It won't be long before they are gone forever.   Also the $8000 first buyer credit ending on April 30... makes it a very interesting time for buyers.

There are homes on the market all over the valley, in Hyde Park, Smithfield, and Hyrum.   And buyers looking at every home.  By April more people list their home then any other time... because they know this is the time to get buyers!!!
